The book provides dozens of hlsako for changing the flavor of the cookies and the filling, and it’s hard to limit yourself because they all sound so good! There is a note in the first pages about other measurements, please read it carefully before you start making Macarons.

But the secrets of making perfect macarons have long eluded home bakersuntil now! We made grand marnier souffles and herbed goat cheese souffles and they all came out just great.
